As a diabetic, this having only 5g of sugar but having more vitamins, minerals and electrolytes than gator- or power- ades make this a much better product. Love the lemon lime flavor. Really love that I can make a 20 oz bottle for about 80 cents!

I was skeptical since I received this as a sample with my beard care products from Live Bearded, but was pleasantly surprised when I tried it. It tastes great and actually does provide good hydration. I was so impressed by it that I will be picking up a couple of packs to use in my water bottles when I’m cycling this spring. I would like to see more flavors (like strawberry and watermelon). I recommend you pick some up and give it a try.
